Glue-lasting & heel calibration

  • Zero nails — waterproof membrane stays intact.
  • Heated heel roller melts the adhesive, then presses it to the last, locking an identical counter shape every time.
  • Programmable glue path means adhesive never spills inside and fills the edge perfectly.

Buff-cement cell

Robot buffs and applies adhesive in one pass – perfect width, no overspray.
Fixed path means every outsole edge is treated exactly the same; any geometrical error from previous stations is flagged instantly.
Cleaner edge = fewer touch-ups and a shoe that looks premium straight off the line.

3-D SEAMLESS UPPER + SUPERCRITICAL MIDSOLE

47 g one-piece 3D knitted upper in 8-11 min — no patterns, no waste.
Add a super-critical foam midsole and the whole shoe is just 238 g.

Eight construction methods under one roof – change design direction without changing factory.

Seamless knitting

One-piece 3-D knit, zero cuts or seams; zoned flex is programmed, waste is near-zero. Lightest, most breathable option – ideal for runners and eco stories.

String lasting

Upper is pulled in with cord, no insole board. Softer underfoot feel and lower cost; works with soles that have a small sidewall.

Strobel

Sock-like Strobel board is stitched to the upper, then bonded to the sole. Fast, lightweight and very flexible – go-to for sneakers and kids.

Waterproof strobel

Strobel sock sealed with ladder tape; PU flows through the “rungs”, filling the gap between upper and membrane.
Top-tier waterproofing for direct-inject outdoor or work boots.

Strobel + lasting

Strobel sock plus toe lasted over the form – room for a safety toecap. Combines flexible midfoot with front protection; common in PU-injected safety shoes.

Hybrid strobel

Strobel sock covered by a welt instead of a sidewall. Lets you keep strobel flexibility even on no-wall outsoles.

Moccasin

True hand-sewn moc: leather wraps underfoot, seam visible on vamp.
Ultra-soft forefoot; signature casual look for driving or deck shoes.

Lasted

Classic lasting with full cement bonding.
Most universal method – works for dress, street, waterproof and anything in between.
