First step is to review your requirements and check feasibility. We encourage you to visit our facrory located in Jordanów about 1h drive from Kraków Airport. From our experience working with brands - seeing what’s possible in real life significantly speeds up the project.
2. Quote
After reviewing your requirements we will provide you with quote. The price depends on type of shoes, quantity, extra requirements like separate production line etc. Usuall price range is from €30 to €100+ EXW per pair depending on what you need.
3. Pattern engineering
After you accept quote we will start designing patters. This process cost €500 per model (by model we understand new or modified patterns not colour ways) and is fully deducted from your first batch production order of this model. We do not charge extra for different colours. This fee includes up to 3 revisions and 3 pairs of samples. Additional samples are at flat non-deductible fee of €30 EXW per pair.
4. First test run
After finalizing and accepting samples in middle size we will start first trial run. It usally consist of 3-5 pairs per size to check if there is need to some minor tweaks befor starting the production run. We will start production run only after you review first batch and sign off the model as ready to manufacture. First batch is treated as a samples at flat €30 EXW rate.
5. Production run
After your acceptance we will start manufacturing your models according to your specification. For reorders MOQ = 1 pair. Pleas note that if your project requires branded components (outsoles, shoebox, flyers, etc.) it might be required to buy them in advance to shorten lead time.
