Need a different size? Or maybe you like a different color better? Don't worry! Exchanging shoes at Tapi is a piece of cake. 🧈

How to change shoes?

1. Order new shoes from our store – the ones you want to receive in return.
2. Pack the shoes you wish to exchange in their original box. Detailed return instructions can be found HERE .
3. Select shipping method:
   • DHL Point: Drop off your parcel at any DHL point.
   • Pocztex Punkt: Drop off your parcel at a Polish Post office.
   • InPost Parcel Locker: Select a parcel locker and send your parcel at any time.
4. Send the parcel with the returned shoes.

That's all!

Remember!

• We will send your new shoes to you immediately .
• Exchanges are free of charge if you use the above shipping methods.
• Make sure the shoes you want to exchange are unworn, complete (with tags and original packaging) and undamaged . You can try them on, but do not wear them outside. 😉
• The refund will be made within 14 days.
