Don't fit? No problem! With us, you have 30 days to return products for free.
How do I return products?
- Log in to your account on tapinero.eu and submit a return request
- A link to a simple form that will generate a waybill will be sent to your email .
- Fill out the form to select the shipping point. You can choose from InPost parcel lockers, DHL points and Pocztex points
- A return label will be sent to your email
- Pack the products and attach the return label
- Send your parcel and you're done!
Remember!
- Return is free only if you use the above method
- In order for us to accept a return, the shoes must be unworn, complete (with tags and original packaging) and undamaged . You can try them on, but not wear them outside. 😉
- Once we receive your package, we will check it and refund your money within 14 days.
- We DO NOT accept cash on delivery parcels.
Detailed step-by-step return instructions
- Log in to your account. Click the account icon located in the upper right corner on a desktop computer or in the side menu on a mobile site:
- On the login page, enter your email and click continue
- You will receive an email with a 6-digit login code, enter it and click submit
- Select the order you wish to return from the list of orders in your account
- Click request a return on the order card
- A return form will open, where you can select the reason, enter additional comments (optional) and then click the "Request a return" button.
- Your refund request has been created and forwarded to Tapi customer support.
- Tapi service will check your application within a maximum of 2 business days and send you a return form, where you will select the carrier point (DHL, Paczkomat InPost, Pocztex) from which you want to send the return package. In the content of the email, click the Return Form button
- Select a carrier
- Select the point on the map from which you want to send the parcel by clicking on its pin
- At the end of the form, click the Confirm button and you will receive a message confirming that your return waybill request has been sent.
Once approved by Tapi support (up to 2 business days), you will receive an email with a shipping note. Pack the products, stick the printed shipping note in a visible place and deliver the product to the return point of your choice.
