All domestic orders are delivered for PLN 0, regardless of the type of payment and delivery method.

Foreign shipments are not realized.

How to return the products?

The ordered shoes turned out to be missed? You have 100 days from picking up the package to returning the purchased products without unnecessary questions.

The return is free! To get a free return you need to:

1. Download and complete the return form. HERE you will download the form.
   All the necessary data can be found on the order confirmation sent to the e-mail address provided when placing the order.
   
2. Take a photo or scan of the completed form and send it to the address info@tapinero.eu - a prepaid return label will be generated and sent to you within 2 business days
3. Pack the products together with the original withdrawal form, affix the received return label and hand over the package to a courier.
4. The money will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

How to exchange the goods?

Place a new order and return previously ordered products according to the above procedure.
